Rory Welch

Chief Executive Officer

With diverse management experience in growing international businesses across multiple industries, Rory Welch is ushering ArcMail into the next phase of the Company’s lifecycle with emphasis on expanding global sales, marketing and distribution strategies. A senior executive with more than 20 years of experience in strategy, supply chain, sourcing, distribution, logistics, marketing and sales management, he has success in expanding profits through both revenue growth and cost savings.

Prior to joining ArcMail, he managed his own consulting firm, and then before that held leadership positions at Movado Group, Inc., including COO for the boutique division and Senior Vice President of wholesale operations. Earlier in his career, Welch served as VP of strategic planning and analysis at Arrow Electronics, where he was responsible for building performance models across all aspects of the organization. While at Arrow, Welch also held positions as VP of product management for Asia-Pacific, with responsibility for overseeing all aspects of product management for the $1 billion division; as well as general manager of aerospace/military program accounts; product manager; and asset and logistics manager.

A graduate of Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business with a master’s degree in business administration, Welch holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Furman University.

Mike Harold

Vice President of Product Development

As the VP of Product Development, Mike Harold brings decades of executive experience in early stage business development, corporate strategy, software architecture, product development and project management. Prior to his role at ArcMail, Harold was the Senior Technical Advisor at FedEx, serving as Chief Architect on several groundbreaking initiatives including the creation of the first enterprise application integration (EAI) architecture and the first Internet-based integration of SAP's R3 with FedEx's global shipping and tracking system.

He holds patents and patents pending in the fields of encryption, compression, rule-based computing, mobile computing and cloud computing.

Lisa Paine

Controller

Lisa Paine is the controller at ArcMail. With over twenty years of experience in the industry, she is well qualified to manage the human resources and accounting departments. In addition to being keeper of the books at Wala!, she has also done contract work as a CPA, and has worked in accounting departments for commercial construction, water well drilling and service, and the oil and gas industry.

Lisa is a graduate of LSUS and is a CPA.

Linda Hartman

Vice President of Marketing

Linda Hartman serves as consultant and vice president of marketing for ArcMail. A technology industry veteran of two decades, Hartman is also a vice president with Denver-based Circa 65. Previously, she spent 14 years in a variety of sales and marketing management positions for Arrow Electronics, Inc.

Hartman earned a bachelor’s degree in communications from University of Colorado, Denver.

Eddie Dunn MCSE

Vice President of Sales

Eddie Dunn leads the sales engineering team in North America. Mr. Dunn is a seasoned professional with 20 years of experience in I.T. systems engineering, training and management. Prior to joining ArcMail, Eddie held positions that include CEO of Alpha Networks and Developers, Sr. Systems Engineer and Managing Partner with Integrated Network Solutions andStorage Engineer for DELL Computers where he led consulting engagements for Fortune 100 clients.

Eddie holds the MCSE (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer) certification and an MS in Neuro-Linguistic Programming.
