Mark  has spent nearly two decades in the IT industry working in a sales management role specializing in international sales as well as with Tier 1 distributors such as Digi-Key, Mouser and Ingram Micro.  Prior to joining ArcMail, Mark worked in distribution/channel sales for B&B Electronics for North America and non-EMEA global regions.  Mark has extensive experience in end user, system integrator and OEM accounts.

Brian Crouch

Sales Manager - Pacific Region

Brian brings over 19 years of experience in channel, direct and OEM sales. Before joining ArcMail, he worked for PivotStor selling through the VAR channel to businesses of all types and led sales efforts for their eMail Management Appliance. Brian has also spent six years with Seagate and Quantum selling to large strategic OEM’s. Earlier, Brian was co-founder of ITM Solutions, a software & website language translation start up where he was responsible for all areas of sales.

Farokh Lam

Sales Manager - Northeast Region

10+ years of extensive sales, channel development and management experience with numerous startups and leading IT companies. Prior to coming to ArcMail, Farokh was Sales Director for BullGuard Americas, the Americas arm of a leading European Internet Security Vendor. Prior to BullGuard, he was Regional Sales Director for Cyberoam, a leading provider of Internet Security and UTM+ appliances, growing channels and distribution throughout the US & Canada. Farokh has also held various positions with CP Secure (now NetGear), Kaspersky Lab, and TLIC, McAfee’s 2^nd largest SMB reseller in the US.

Nick Bonner

Account Manager - West and Central Regi0n U.S.

Shortly before joining ArcMail, Nick obtained a Bachelor’s of Business in Marketing from the University of Louisiana at Monroe. He now is the Account Manager for the Central and Western United States where he manages relationships between product users and resellers while supporting his Regional Sales Managers.

Jessica Passarella

Sales Administrator

Jessica Passarella offers sales support for the entire sales team, filling order entries, processing and shipping orders and distributing reseller kits. Prior to joining ArcMail, Jessica served in a host of administrative and executive assistant roles for companies such as Tobias Financial, Knowledge Beginnings and Wood Group Pressure Control.
